UPS and USPS shipping services have resumed their regular schedule of picking up and accepting packages. However, due to such a large scale service interruption as a result of the flooding in the Houston area, there may still be delays in receiving your package. They are doing everything they can to get the large volume of backlogged packages in the Texas Gulf Coast area sorted and on their way to you.

8/31/17 10:15 am CST Shipping Update

  • All orders for in stock items placed Friday 8/25 thru today (8/31) by 12 pm CST will ship out today!
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST on 8/31 will most likely ship out Tuesday 9/5 (as Monday is a holiday).

8/30/17 11:45 am CST UPS & USPS Shipping Update

Hello friends,

We're located in the Houston area, which has been inundated with unprecedented, catastrophic flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey. As a result, orders placed Friday 8/25 through Wednesday 8/30/17 will be delayed several business days. We understand the delay in receiving your order is an inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We're still preparing existing orders for pickup, however UPS will not pick up from our location (or any other greater Houston area location) today. Orders placed with a United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping option have also been delayed due to office closures.

If you placed an order Friday 8/25 through Wednesday 8/30 and received a shipment notification email, please monitor the tracking information included in the email for the latest updates for your package. UPS and USPS will do what they can to get packages on their way as soon as possible.

While Houston and many areas along the Texas coast have been deluged with catastrophic flooding, it's also been swept with an unfathomable amount of love, courage, support, resilience and community from fellow Texans and nationwide.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to our customers and all who've been impacted by the storm. Many thousands of people and animals have suffered heartbreaking loss. We've been incredibly moved and inspired by the countless good souls who've risen to the occasion by volunteering, rescuing, or giving what they can to help. We've donated to Red Cross who is on the ground here serving. We will continue to assist our community as we can. Like us, you may be wondering what you can do to help folks who are in dire straits.
