For shipments sent via UPS, sign up for UPS My Choice so that you receive real-time delivery alerts. You'll be able to reroute or reschedule package deliveries, route packages to a UPS Access Point location for secure/convenient pickup, or leave driver instructions when needed.
For shipments sent via USPS Priority or First Class, sign up for Informed Delivery with USPS so that you're notified when mail or packages are coming to your address. You'll be able to manage delivery instructions, hold your package, or reschedule your delivery when needed.
I am registered with UPS My Choice, USPS Informed Delivery and FedEx Delivery Manager so that I always know what packages are coming to my address regardless of whether I received tracking info from the company that's sending them.
