We accept Credit Card Payments (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover) and Paypal Checkout. No CODs.

Please note the name that will appear on your credit card or bank statement will appear as: THEWAXCONN or THEWAXCONNECTION.

Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada.

Orders shipping to the US will be shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours of orders being placed, Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping weights are displayed in ounces. Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via FedEx Ground only.

Please open all received orders immediately and report any damage or discrepancy within 3 business days.

If order is damaged in transit, please save all packaging and contact us immediately. CLAIMS will be handled by the carrier who will contact you to inspect the damage.

Returns

No Returns or Exchanges without Authorization.

Handling and restocking fees on returned merchandise are 40%.*

A 40% restocking fee will be charged for refused orders.*

* The restocking fee covers the costs that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.
